WEEK ONE of production has OFFICIALLY started!!!
The whole crew is super pumped- Kate the producer writing this blog is super excited so
LET'S DO THIS!
Week one we wanted to ease into animation and really see what each crew member was comfortable with. Over the winter break, the crew was told to explore and get to know the character's construction. Each crew member was given two shots to block out. On Wednesday we had an in-class critique where we saw all of the blocking.

Exciting news: our crew OFFICIALLY has a T-shirt. Now we can all be one awesome squad walking the halls of the animation building.
As a department, we have to do quarterly presentations for our entire senior class to show the progress of our film and collectively get excited about everyone's films. For this presentation we figured that we might as well have as much fun as possible- so we got together Friday night and constructed vegetable costumes for each crew member. Kate and Quincy are the only two not dressed as vegetables; Quincy is dressed as Herman and Kate is a simple farmer with a carrot. It's going to be super cute.
